When you are satisfied with the site layout and floor layouts, Animate... Build will provide you with documentation which completes this Step. Deliverables include a Proposed Schedule, an Anticipated Budget and drawings indicating the Scope of Work. The Anticipated Budget, which is guaranteed to be within a 10% of the final contract price, will guide us at the beginning of Step 2 ~ Preferences Coordination.
